Encountering Hope

Join us for our 2023 Easter Services!Imagine the very first Sunday after Jesus' death. Many people had still not gotten over what took place on Friday at this point. In fact, the followers of Christ were having a very difficult time putting their lives back together. Many of them had scattered – hopeless. That third morning there were a lot of stories circulating. In Luke 24 we are told about 2 men who were on their way back to Emmaus, and as they were talking about what took place, trying to make sense of it all, they were encountered by the incognito Jesus. But, little did they know, they were encountering Hope Himself.
