Art of Thinking (@Art0fThinking)  mentions this great reminder: “Never discourage anyone who continually makes progress, no matter how slow.” - Plato. The world needs more encouragement, even when someone is going slower than what we think they should. Their journey is not ours, remember that. This also goes with any and all conversations that we have with the person staring back at us in the mirror.
