Encourager's Super-power#1: "Re-framing"!
from The Charlie Grimes Podcast · host Charles R Grimes
Welcome to Episode 26 of the Encouragers United Podcast! I'm Charlie Grimes and I'm honored that you would choose to listen to my voice. As host and creator of the Encouragers United my intent is to encourage the encouragers, as well as equip the rest of the world with a window into why we think and act the way we do! Today I want to unpack what I believe is the Encouragers superpower, and perhaps their ultimate weakness-It has to do with how we see the world. Encouragers have this innate natural skill to "re-frame" their thinking, their perspective, and then direct their passion to maintaining persistence and positivity. However, the weakness in constantly re-framing a situation is that the encourager may seem distant from any feeling real feelings-You see the very super-power that equips us to be great at some things-- can be what actually holds us back from fulfilling our highest potential. So grab a nice cup of tea or coffee-- or just focus on the road if you're driving-- its time to make the world a better place -- for we are Encouragers United.
