Without a doubt one of the most underwhelming transfer windows Barca have had in a long time. The expectations were high, while the finances were low.Not yet in La Liga's 1:1 rule, Barca had to resort to a mini fire sale to register the one signing they made in Dani Olmo and that too was provisional till December.
