Endarkenment - 5 days of darkness

In December 2024 I embarked on a 5 day solo retreat in a dark room. It was the most challenging experience I’ve ever had. Also the most profound .This chat is with Adrien, my neighbor, and was recorded the same day I left the retreat.  It was my first time sharing my experience with anyone .
