Ending Racism - Here's What I'm Learning...

My heart is broken for George Floyd's family and everyone who has been victim to racist attacks simply because of the colour of their skin. As a privileged white person, I am not going to pretend I understand what this discrimination could feel like - but starting now, I am definitely going to do my best to try. And I have recorded this episode to encourage all of you - no matter your up bringing - to do the same. As the more I've listened, the more I've realised racism doesn't just exist in the police force or justice system - but in our own unconscious biases.
