Enduring as Pilgrims in Exile

Christians are people who know of God's promise and plan to make the world turn out all right, about the favor he promises the righteous and the judgement he reserves for the wicked. But often it feels like things are the very opposite, that our attempts to pursue a godly life are vain and futile.
