But there’s more to this story than what’s on the surface. There’s a deeper meaning. A Kingdom meaning. Jesus tells this story to teach us about God, about the people of Jesus’ day and about us. Our response to Jesus here and now, determines whether we receive the inheritance along with Jesus the Heir, or face judgement like the tenants.
