Enemy of the State

This podcast covers what happens to nations when they consider Christianity an enemy of the state.There is a short overview Biblically and historically when this unfortunate incidence arise.Statism is deifying the sate and replaces the role of God in the life of its citizens. When statism perceives Christianity a threat, the truth is our liberties are being threatened. The battle that rages from within and from without comes down to two basic issues. who is Lord, Christ or Caesar and whose laws are to reign in the affairs of men, God or man's law.There have be a string of harsh prison sentences rendered against Christians by the Bide/Harris regime. Jesus asked, "Jesus stated, “Is it lawful on the Sabbath to do good or to do evil, to save life or to kill" (Mark 3:4)?Thomas Jefferson, our third president, stated, “The care of human life and happiness, and not their destruction, is the first and only object of good government."When the laws of men violate the laws of God our Christian duty is clear. We must obey God rather than men (Acts 5:29).The episode covers examples of the doctrine of interposition, the Underground Railroad and hiding Jews in Nazi Germany. Though considered criminals by the state, today, we view them as heroes of the faith.If we won't be rules by God, we will be ruled by tyrants.God is using the persecution of Trump, the J6s, and the rescuers to expose the two system tier of justice and the weaponization of our federal agencies to go after their perceived political enemies. Thankfully, it is awakening the citizens of our land to the danger of totalitarianism.  In redemptive history, this statement has sustained the church through the times that try the souls of man; “The blood of the martyrs is the seed of the church.” Redemptive suffering has always moved God’s heart to unleash His mighty arm of deliverance. By faith, we should expect that pattern to be made manifest in our generation as well.Hebrews 13:3 states, “Remember the prisoners as if chained with them—those who are mistreated—since you yourselves are in the body also.”
