Similarly, your phone battery can be drained, and you only realise it once the phone shuts off. In the same way, your spiritual energy can be low without you knowing it. If you wait until you are thirsty to drink water, you are already dehydrated. So, rather than wait until you reach the point of thirst, the best thing to do is drink water throughout the day.  Likewise, it is better to monitor your battery levels throughout the day and keep it charged up as much as possible. The same is true of your spiritual energy. When you speak or pray in tongues, you are loading spiritual energy. You charge yourself like a battery with the dunamis power of God. When Jesus would minister to the sick, power would go out of Him.  He recognised when His energy level was going down, so He would load Himself up in prayer. Some resort to sports drinks or medication to boost their energy, but we have our own spiritual boosters. Five minutes of speaking in tongues can load enough energy to deal with twenty years of problems! Don’t wait until your spiritual energy is low.
