If your body reacts negatively consider that a red flag.   If you feel safe, calm and open around certain people this tells you that this connection is okay.If you surround yourself with people with negative energy, it will eventually influence yours. If they are complainers you will begin to see everything that's wrong with your life. In the same way, if they are kind, loving and positive you will be too.You should also be conscious of what you are reading, watching, and where you are spending your time. Negative opinions from the news, horror and high intensity dramas on TV, and busy chaotic places all can affect your energy.Try to make sure you put uplifting and inspiring media in your mind. Try to spend time outdoors where it’s quiet and the positive energy of nature will heal your soul.Energy is contagious, positive and negative alike.
