Is your energy leaking out? Do you experience burn out, exhaustion, or frustration with others? When this happens we assume it's outside forces affecting us or people taking advantage of us, but let us consider an alternative. Maybe your energy is leaking as a result of you not fully knowing yourself. Today, as we enter into Circle, we will examine all parts of ourselves: our mind, our body, our essence. It takes time to get to know oneself honestly and respectfully. Be here. Be now. Take the first steps toward radical self love. Let's get started.

- Working from unrealistic reservoirs of energy and potential
- Knowing our true capacity: must we push ourselves to the edge?
- Ways to mitigate energy leaks
- How "going through the motions" of life can lead to even more energy leaks
- Putting shame aside, letting go of control, and experiencing intimacy
- How our bodies hold our memories and stories - give them space to speak
- Caring for others without carrying their emotions or expectations of us
- A letting go meditation: let go of the past stories you cannot change, other people's thoughts of you, and lost loves. Explore where you might be carrying stories you no longer need to hold on to.
