Energy Playshop 18 is mainly on realigning the Kundalini.  We start off with a brief review of the Kundalini and the Central Meridian.  Then we move on to talk about the benefits of merging the two major energy pathways within us. There is a Kundalini Realignment meditation. And the last part of Energy Playshop 18 is about the Infinity Loop process.  This practice can bring in a lot of energy to heal yourself more efficiently.
