Welcome to Energy Playshop 27. Last Playshop we've talked about how to work with clearing and strengthening our Sacral chakra. We'll be continuing our exploration into the significance of the Sacral chakra and how it relates to our Power as a creator being. Part 1 of this Playshop is the introduction where we'll be doing a very brief review of what we've talked about on the Sacral Chakra, what is Power and why we are powerful, followed by the dichotomy between Love and Power. Part 2 of Energy Playshop 27 is the Unique Soul Signature Embodiment Meditation. In Part 3 of Energy Playshop 27 we talked about how to reclaim your power. In the last part of this episode, we'll be doing a meditation to reclaim your power from your parents and their lineage. Enjoy.
