Dear Friends, on Energy Playshop 4, we continue our exploration to play with energy.  There are many energy pathways within our body, too many for the average person to remember however there are Controllers that govern the functioning of all our energy pathways.  Working with the Controllers are much more manageable as there are only 6 Controllers on each side of the body.  This is what we'll be playing with on this episode. The compendium meditation for this episode is a quantum field group healing.  Enjoy.
