Energy Playshop 51
from A New Human Experience Hosted by Winnie Oftuc
Dear Friends, on Energy Playshop 51 we will be continuing our quest to clear and strengthen our chakras. We'll be concentrating on the Solar Plexus tonight and making our Kundalini resonate loud and clear. The final meditation of this Playshop is a Solar Plexus Chakra clearing and Kundalini activation meditation to assist you in connecting to your power. Enjoy. If this material resonates with you, please feel free to join me live on A New Human Experience podcast every week. The podcast format is a main talk on a consciousness expanding topic, followed by a brief Q/A or check-in with everyone on the call (this section is not recorded), then comes a meditation and a final check-in (not recorded).
