Energy Protection for Empaths

As Empaths we take in energy even when we don’t realize we are. Which means we need to put some protections in place to minimize what we allow into our energy, but also to release what isn’t ours. In this episode of the Cosmic Tea Podcast I’m going to share a bunch of methods to help you clear and protect your energy. What I want you to do is listen, tune into your body and notice when it gives you an indication that the protection I’m talking about will support you.Your body might relax, or you’ll take a deep breath in.
