Realistically speaking, HR protects businesses, which is okay. But improving the lives of people will help the organization tremendously. There will be more productivity, fewer lawsuits, reduced wasteful spending in hiring and firing, and other legal HR-related dramas. Let's drop all theatricals and invest in people.
