[ENG] June Cho - Designing for a Global Audience: UX Through Language and Culture

In this episode, we sit down with June Cho, a multilingual UX designer fluent in Korean, English, and Mandarin. Born in Korea and raised in Beijing, June brings a deeply cross-cultural perspective to her work and life. She is graduating this spring from Tufts University, where she double-majored in Graphic Design and Engineering Psychology.June shares how her early foundation in fine art led her into UI/UX design through hands-on coursework, real client projects, and internships at Equiballot and Adobe. The conversation explores how growing up across Korean, Chinese, and American cultures has shaped June’s creativity, collaboration style, and design philosophy. June also discusses the type of work environment she thrives in - one that values diversity, mentorship, open feedback, and creative growth - as she seeks a full-time UX design role.
