Engage Arizona with Tim Goeglein

Civic education and American history have either not been taught or have been deliberately mistaught throughout our nation’s public – and in numerous cases, even our private – education systems. Author Tim Goeglein, “Toward a More Perfect Union: The Moral and Cultural Case for Teaching the Great American Story” joined CAP President Cathi Herrod on EngageArizona to discuss. Tim Goeglein was special assistant to U.S. President George W. Bush and Deputy Director of the White House Office of Public Liaison from 2001 to 2008. In January 2009, Goeglein became the Vice President of External and Government Relations for the Christian Organization Focus on the Family.
