Easter Service Message Engaging the Power of His Resurrection for our Desired Turnaround Matt 27:50-53 * By His power God raised our Lord from the dead and He will raise us up also. 1 Cor 6:14 Jesus the son of God died on the cross to save us. NOTES 1. His resurrection power is at work in the life of every child of God. 1 Cor 6:14, Col 1:25-27, Deut 29:29. * Whatever you have not engaged remains dormant. Eph 3:20, Rom 8:11. 2. The fact that one has not discovered it doesn't mean it is not there. Ex 4:1-5. * What you don't value can't produce or add value to your life. Don't trivialise grace or spiritual things. 3. Resurrection is the hiding place of God exceeding great power. Eph 1:18-19, Col 1:12-15. 4. Revelation is our covenant access to the power of resurrection. Phil 3:10, Hos 4:6, Is 5:13, Eph 1:17-18. * Grace without work will lead to disgrace. 1 Cor 15:10. What is in the Power of Resurrection? 1. It Sanctifies. Rom 6:3-5. 2. It destroys the power of death and the grave that is arrayed against our destiny. Heb 2:14-15. 3. It quickens our mortal bodies and gives us health and vitality. Rom 8:11. 4. It takes captivity captive and sets us free. Eph 4:8. 5. It subdues our enemies under our feet. Ps 66:3. 6. It turns mighty men and women out of the valley of dry bones and repositions them.
