As well as holding qualifications in lean & Six Sigma he is an ISO 13485 Quality System lead auditor. He holds a PhD and graduate degree in Biochemistry and an Executive Masters in Strategy, Change and Leadership with the University of Bristol.  He is passionate in designing and implementing quality systems that are effective, efficient and outcome driven. His interests include how organizations function in the real world and the role of organizational culture has on the management of quality.
