In my academic process, I have learned the importance of responsibility, creativity, and teamwork. I also understand that flexibility and adaptability are very important in modern work environments. At the moment, I am working and studying at the same time. This experience has helped me become more organized and responsible. Sometimes it is difficult to balance work and study, but I try to manage my time correctly. In the future, I want to work in creative areas related to design, visual media, or back office activities. I prefer jobs where I can use my creativity and technical abilities. If I continue studying and practicing my skills, I will have more opportunities in the professional world.If companies promote good leadership, employees will feel more motivated and productive.If I had more experience, I would apply for better positions in creative industries. I believe that leadership is not only about giving orders. A good leader should listen to people, solve problems, and support the team. Professional responsibility is also important because companies need honest, organized, and committed workers. In difficult situations, adaptability is necessary. For example, if there are changes at work or school, people must learn quickly and stay positive. Finally, I think self-direction is essential for success.
