Andrea Horcasitas speaks to us about her experiences as a foriegn student, the challenges of studying in a public high school in New Jersey, finding her new passions (Fencing and Ukele) and developing a new identity in a foreign land, college planning and other facets of the American experience. It takes courage to immerse yourself in a new environment, make new friends, and write everyday in a language you have never had classes in.
