Charlene leads UPS's global diversity, equity and inclusion efforts both internally and externally with UPS employees, suppliers and customers around the world.Prior to being named Chief Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Officer, Charlene served as the Chief Human Resources Officer. When it comes to senior and middle management in the U.S., 34% are minorities. By comparison, 49% of FedEx's U.S. workforce is diverse, and 36% of its management is comprised of minorities, according to the company's website.
