Eni - Decarbonization

Decarbonization, a word that is more and more frequently used when talking about environmental issues. It is in fact a process aimed at reducing the amount of CO2 in the atmosphere, a gas essential for the development of life on Earth but which is harmful when its level of concentration in the air exceeds. In the energy sector, it’s central to achieve the SDGs set by the UN and to which Eni has long adhered, accelerating the energy transition with a transformation plan that focuses on reducing emissions.
