We miss out on the opportunity to SOAK IN and LOVE being a Very Important Person (a VIP) to others so much! Heidi shares some ideas on how to SOAK IT IN and how to recognize when the opportunity to ENJOY being a VIP is there.

Take Aways
- It is a great privilege to be a VIP to people in your life.

-Some of the people that bring us opportunities for joy & fun are also the people that bring the most opportunities for frustration, stress, and disappointment.
-YOU ARE A VIP TO SOMEONE. (Even to yourself counts.)
-Recognizing when a person is seeking our attention because they admire, love, or want our attention can help us decide what to do next and alleviate stress.
-To SOAK IN being a person's VIP...follow Heidi's "RAD" Process: Recognize, Acknowledge, Decide
-It feels amazing when you can soak in the positive influence you have on a child.
-When you are feeling down about yourself, follow the RAD Process.
-Recognize you're feeling low
-Acknowledge the shortcoming(s) that are bothering you now and then acknowledge strengths you have and things you do that are good.
-Decide who you are a VIP to by considering, "Whose life is better because of me?" Think about that person, how you've helped them, and let light fill you inside as you think about the part you play/played in their life being better.
-More on applying the RAD process on Heidi's Business Facebook Page: Heidi Bradford Coaching.
