Enjoy 'listening' to activate your sacral chakra

It's a joy to be able to listen to so many beautiful melodies, music, and lovely songs, yet listening is not necessarily always a joy for everyone because there are unpleasant associations. If you have listened to unpleasant communication in past, somewhere, you have learned to turn your deaf ears towards them, and in a very short period of time, this becomes a generalized phenomenon you tend to get indifferent to people when they are talking and you merely start hearing rather than listening to them. Today I invite you to remain open to listening to people. Listen to what they are saying. Listen in between the words. Listen to the unspoken language. Listen to nonverbal communication from your body, from their environment, from birds and animals. The skill of listening goes beyond words. When you remain fully open to listening to, you activate a part of the sacral chakra that governs the sensuous aspect of your listening skills.
