Enjoy those "annoying" moments

This story was brought on by my thoughts with my cat today, but the reality is it reminded me of many people I haven't made the time to see enough of in my life.During that time cleaning my dad's house out, I got to spend a lot of time with my uncle, my aunt, and my mom and her husband. People I haven't seen much of in the decade for various reasons. It was nice to have that time with them and not require meeting up to send off yet another family member at a funeral. When I started to push my cat away today, that hit me. Smack dab in my heart. He won't always be there to "bug" me during my workouts, so enjoy the time, even if that means I'm in the gym longer.
