So good. Well, we're so thankful for all of the moms in the house. I'm so thankful for my mom So thankful for Katie as the mother to my kids She's you know when I look at my mom and Katie they have this is what moms do They lay down their lives for their kids and I just believe that God in his heart that actually you know The sacrifices when we think about if we if you had a godly mom when you think about your mom You mostly think about all the sacrifices that she made on your behalf You're like wow, I have the best mom right and it's sacrificial love that actually hits us different right and That's because we were created to receive love that's sacrificial and that's how God loves And so that sacrificial love originated with him and mothers so often they actually just express his heart in that way And so if you're if you have kids man the sacrifices And we're just so thankful for all the sacrifices that our moms are making every day, okay turn in your Bibles to Matthew 18 Matthew 18 we've been in this series called priest I don't have a Mother's Day message for you if you want to listen to a Mother's Day message You can listen to 2019's Mother's Day message called azer So there's there's no message from others But we are talking about prayer and I'm believing for some praying mamas rising up And so we've been in the series and it's been all about us being priests before the Lord that we all have you know The special thing about priests is that they had special access to God that no one else could have and now all of us have direct Special access to God we're all priests We don't need to crawl into the confession booth and have someone sit in front We can actually just go direct access to him. We're all priests before the Lord And and so we're talking about worship for a couple months now we're getting into intercession and prayer and last week we talked about enjoyable prayer and how so often prayer meetings are the worst right How many times you've been to a prayer meeting you're like wow I'm so bored And I just want to like go out there on a ledge and just say I know that he's not boring So I wonder who's who's boring?
Like I wonder if it's us I wonder if we're the boring ones because I know he is it and so what we want to do is we actually want a Culture in our church community where where there's joy that comes to our mind when we think prayer where whenever we think prayer We're like when is it where is it? I'm there and we are like leaning in going prayer room Yes, prayer meeting at your house. All right. I'll be there like I'm gonna bring the food So we can have an after party, but let's pray together Okay, and so last week we talked about bullseye prayers And we talked about praying the Bible and we got we did some activities because we're ending spectator Christianity You know the 330 kind of they missed out on what you guys experience because the 330 worship went long and we had five activities planned And we did two of them and Katie and I were just like trying to Okay, what do we do now and 530 got the full experience right you guys were like standing up sitting down jumping in and that was fun?
well This is part two of enjoyable prayer and when I think about the early church and I look at what the book of acts You just see prayer meetings all over the place You know the book of acts starts with a prayer meeting in the upper room Jesus is in the heaven and then they're in the upper room 120 people they're having prayer meetings They're having prayer meetings for seven ten days and they're just there with him And then all of a sudden fire comes down from heaven. They start speaking in tongues Peter starts preaching the gospel in three thousand people Three thousand Jews give their allegiance to Jesus as their Messiah and and then a couple chapters later acts for there's persecution that breaks out And what do they do they call prayer meeting back at whoever's house and they're praying fervently and as they're praying for courage and boldness Earthquake there's an earthquake that starts happening What like a group of friends got together and all of a sudden their house is shaking because God's tuning in and then in Acts 12 you have James the disciple the apostle he gets martyred he gets killed and Peter is friends with James and their community They find out that Peter which is the leader of their whole city of churches Peter gets arrested and they're going Oh Peter's next like James just got murdered King Herod is seeing that it's making everybody happy So they're holding Peter to murder him to murder him and what does the church do the group of friends? They go over to somebody's house and they start praying and it says that they fervently prayed Can you imagine it's like Josh and Katie we get arrested and we're in prison and we're gonna get martyred We're on the chopping block and all of a sudden everybody goes into their their houses as communities They start praying together and and then what happens is is there's an angel shows up in his jail cell And he's sleeping angel wakes him up and their soldiers sleeping next to him The angel leads him out of the jail past all of the guards and he's walking he finds himself in front of the door of Where all of his friends are praying for him? Dot it like a daughter sees Peter and goes it's Peter goes runs inside doesn't open the door and Peter's like Their soldiers walk in the streets and here I am at the door step and nobody's letting me in right?
And he's like I don't want to knock too loud and he's just panicky and all of a sudden the darsh says hey He's here like Peter's here outside and they're like no It's his angel and it's like can you imagine it's like oh no that's Josh and Katie's angel that's not actually that's not them That's like a common thing where it's like yeah, we see Peter's angel all the time So it's probably Peter's angel at the door, you know But then they open the door. They're just like dumbfounded. It's wild But what's happening is there's community and community is revolving around the place of prayer They just are they're just a praying people and I believe that God is actually calling the church of the Twin Cities to become a praying church Man, I look at Kansas City and what God has done over 20 years of day and night worship in prayer 15 years ago at 3 a.m They were praying in a room 12 years ago at 11 at night. There's worship in prayer happening I mean 19 years ago.
They were still they were in a room in Kansas City praying and worshiping day and night And I believe that I hop is actually a signpost to the whole world to activate prayer and worship into the global church That the global church would go Oh, it's prayer and worship coming center stage And it's actually gonna result in all of the people that are in the prayer meetings Stepping out just like the upper room like Peter and they step out of the upper room and they've got power on their words And they start preaching the gospel and all of a sudden everybody's meeting Jesus Everybody's going who is this man that you speak of I see power on you? Even even tonight and worship. I'm going Lord. You've given me dynamite power You've baptized me in the Holy Spirit You've given me dynamite power in my hands Do you want to know why I'm meditating on that because I'm in the place of worship and prayer because when you pray and worship You start realizing who you are and what he's done for you and it starts activating mission in your heart You start loving him and you're going I have to share about him See it's the first thing and then the second commandment always flows out the first commandment, right?
But I believe Minneapolis is gonna be a sister city to Kansas City in prayer and worship that we're actually gonna follow in the week And I'm not talking about 24 seven prayer. I think that's amazing But I'm talking about a spirit of prayer and worship resting on us as a people where it's just the mark of our church Like our citywide church. It's like yeah, we're praying people. I believe that that's what we get to be a part of as a community So I think it's important to talk about boring prayer and how we can actually fix that so then we can step into our identity, right?
So Matthew 18 Jesus. He's talking about he's talking about community and he's talking about how we actually live in community and he's bringing up you know the start the passage he's bringing up humility He's bringing up hey, we don't want to cause others to sin and tempt others He's talking about kids and how children have so much value and worth that they're worth pursuing And then he gets into if there's sin in like a brother or sister's life This is how you handle it How many of you know that the church needs to actually obey Jesus and how he has called us as the church to approach sin? How many times has the church shamed people even from microphones and caused people to leave the church because we're not doing It his way. I believe God is calling us to actually just obey him He knew that was gonna come and so he said hey I'm gonna teach you how to do this so you don't ruin people's lives through shaming them There's we're all in process.
We get to confront sin in each other and we get to have joyful repentance What if repentance didn't need to be rubbing your face into the carpet and it was actually like oh man Yeah, I just want to turn I want to change the way that I'm thinking and repent and actually live the way that God has me to live because a brother and A sister that loved me enough to talk to me actually just said hey I've seen this in your life and I let them in enough to go and I was humble enough to go Yeah, I received that I want to change and I want to go this way now That's what Jesus is talking about and then he jumps right in to talking about prayer and so I want to pick up here in Matthew 18 19 through 20 Matthew 18 19 through 20 say amen if you're there Alright 19 says this again I say to you if two of you agree on earth about anything they ask it will be done for them By my father in heaven for where two or three are gathered in my name there. I am among them So he says hey, it's two or three He's going what's essential is not that you have a packed room. What's essential is that you don't have a Bible degree? What's essential is that you didn't go to seminary?
I don't care if you went to school for this I don't care if you've got all of the history. He's going. I don't care if you're in a church I don't care if you're in a house. I don't care if you're in a locker room I don't care where you are that doesn't matter if there's two or three guess what I'm showing up I'm showing up to the meeting because there's two or three in the house I'm showing up to the meeting and I don't need anything else other than you You together how encouraging is that when you go to a place?
That's new? How amazing is it when you get to go to an unreached people group and you go all I need is one all I need is one And he's showing up See we think we're outnumbered in schools or outnumbered in our workplaces All you need to find is one other believer and you start praying and he starts showing up I just want to call us to that he's gonna start showing up if you start getting together. Let's go Come on And then he says this gathered in my name. That's important gathered in my name.
He's saying You're not gathering for yourself. You're not gathering so that you can feel good about yourself because you're a good prayer I What I oh man back in the day it was I can't remember it was when I was kind of crushing on Katie Okay, and it's 2008 and we were in Washington DC is doing we're doing an internship in DC and it was this prayer internship And there's some leaders in the room that I they were like the greats, you know Like we're saying the room There's about 30 of us and I'm going like these are the guys like I want to be like these women like these men And have you ever been in a prayer setting or like a spiritual setting and there's a leader in the room and you kind of just want to be noticed And you want their approval have you ever experienced that before where you're in the room and you're going like do you see me? And you kind of like carry yourself like you're you're sliding and just like wanting to be noticed and seen and then when it's your turn to pray You're like sweating and you're really nervous and you totally like mess up and you're like shoot You know and you're like trying to be good. You're trying to be like the spiritual guy that they're like hey There's something on that kid.
We got to like put him into leadership That's what you're playing out in your mind and and you're totally in pride mode thinking about yourself and has nothing to do with Jesus And the Lord's like hey I'm calling you out of being seen by man be a god pleaser right and I was just sitting in that mode of like I want to be approved of by man because I was insecure about God approving of me And so I was just like I think I need a man to to really see me and the Lord's like you only need my voice You only need what I think about you to define you and it hit me in a prayer meeting and I got I'm I just decided in my heart. I'm gonna not be I'm How did I even put it? I said I'm gonna die to praying good prayers and I want to call us to let's stop trying to be good prayers Let's just be real. You don't have to sound super religious You don't have to say all the bless you this and and that are that you don't have to be good at praying You don't have to kid in this cool flow.
You know where it's like oh I've got the anointing like no more of that just like stop being a good prayer and just be real just be you Before him and what happens is when you are you everybody else around you goes like I can be me and then people start being themselves in the Place of prayer and everybody starts feeling connected because it's like you're you I'm me we're together with him and God showing up and so I just want to break that off of us Don't be a good prayer you be you with him and talk normal Okay, and I have to catch myself sometimes sometimes I get down a roll and then I'm like oh mr. Spiritual and we just got like okay stop stop like he sees me in my in my nerdiness Okay, like he sees you and he knows that he knows you and he knows me and Man Okay, so he says hey for their two or three gathered in my name there. I am among them I'm showing up. He says look at verse 19 I want to go back to this if two of you agree on earth about anything It will be done for them by my father in heaven unreal so he says if You agree on anything there is there's a time in high school It was a week before my senior year of high school and some of you if you've been around for four or five years You've heard this before but it was a week before my senior year and I was a part of this group called fellowship of Christian athletes and I Read this verse in 2005 and I read it and I'd never seen it before and I said I remember amp ham Maybe if some of you guys have heard the infamous about the infamous amp ham and amp ham she would always that Thanksgiving meals She would always say like my dad would be praying and she'd be saying yes, Lord Hallelujah praise the Lord and I was like come on like you're distracting like he's praying.
Why are you interrupting right and I read this and I was like amp ham You know, it's like she agrees out loud and prayer and I was like I wonder if she's onto something And so we have this leadership meeting for fellowship of Christian athletes We've got it was crazy We had every captain of every major sport our public high school was on the leadership team student body president senior class president Hockey captain golf captain basketball captain football captain It was like crazy this all-star team that the Lord had orchestrated for fellowship of Christian athletes So we get in the room and I said I feel like we're just supposed to try it We're supposed to and a bunch of kids that like didn't know anything about Holy Spirit didn't know anything about prayer None of us had prayed more than like 30 minutes at a time, you know never done prayer meeting stuff and so Molot Joe He's a hockey captain, right? Just nasty Molot Just so much pride to you know, he just like and it was just oh I love him so much. Okay, so Molot Joe and then Joel The student body president they hop on their guitars all they know is awesome God and Lord I lift your name on high and they just start like going to town and we start worshiping in this place called the World Prayer Center and We were in room room 106 and we just start worshiping We start praying for our friends that don't know Jesus praying for the prodigals in our high school and all of a sudden It was like the glory and I don't know the glorious, you know, but something happened and rested on us 16 17 year old kids and We were unified in this place and all of a sudden he showed up and we looked at our phones are Nokia bricks Right and we looked at our Nokia's and we're like looking at mom's text like where are you and it was three and a half hours later And it seemed like just a moment and it was it was like we encountered him and we got brought into this time war Or something like that and every single Sunday after that Sunday afternoons. Hey, whoa here We are Sunday afternoon, but every single every single Sunday afternoon We went and prayed at the World Prayer Center We prayed for revival we prayed that all of our friends would meet Jesus we would start going to parties and there'd be a couple of my friends I wasn't brave enough But we a couple my friends would go to the party and I'd be in the car with my friend We just be inter interceding in the car outside the party people are meeting Jesus giving their lives to Jesus at these parties on Friday nights God started moving we even saw that there's a we had a dream one week before our whole school came out to the flagpole and heard the gospel And we preached mullet Joe again Gosh come on Joe and he preached the gospel to our whole school that came out to the flagpole and the Lord told us it was gonna Happen a week before it happened There was stuff that started happening and it all came from this place of a group of friends praying together And it started with me reading Matthew 18 and going hey, we should just try it We should just maybe try what the Bible says and so what we did is we opened up our mouths when our friends started praying So our friends started praying and then I listened to them listen.
It's very important When they're praying I'm not thinking about what I want to pray When they're praying I'm actually listening to what they're praying and then I'm opening up my mouth And when something sticks out that I like and I agree with it that resonates I say something like come on Yes, do it hallelujah. Let's go say that whatever it is whatever you want and some of you some of you I don't know will not sound as good as doing it because you're not used to it Because most of you are white and you're like you see my sisters know when you go to the black church That's what I was I was Katie and I were like we we were born for being part of a black community Right because we're going to we want we want to have a conversation while we preach while we pray It's a conversation right and so I'm just you're my favorite you're my man. I'm going Because Because it actually feels like family it feels like hey, we're in this together We're going after something together and so for for a predominantly white community gods actually raised the water level on Agreement and unity that's actually uncommon in Minnesota I just we got to celebrate that like we we have primarily white Demographic and there's actually a vocal thing that happens in the room because it's a value because we just read the Bible We want that we want that because we know it creates unity and so what happens when we agree out loud in prayer I love this first of all it encourages the person that's praying right makes me more bold You know when I'm praying somebody else is like yeah, I'm like yeah, right and Then and then after you know the other thing that it does is let's say let's say Annie's praying Annie and Zach some of our best friends we've prayed with them for years We prayed in the art prayer room at Northwestern right so we have history in the place of prayer Annie's praying and When she's praying I'm getting a little bored Annie's praying a little long You know she's like Matthew six says don't have long prayers right Jesus is like pray short prayers and Annie keeps on going You know and you have a choice of like do I agree with her? Do I enable her?
You know, right? I'm just playing Annie's really yeah But there's a point where it's just like you just let them go and you just be silent because you're like you need to just stop right But but there's there's a choice that I have if I'm getting bored what will engage my heart is I open up my mouth in agreement So I just listen for anything anything that they pray that goes Oh, yes, Lord I want that and I open up my mouth and say yes because then it engages my heart and what it does is I'm humbling myself And I'm going low and I'm actually lifting her up and I'm saying Lord in my humility I actually want to raise her up and now guess what happens? There's a blessing that happens There's a blessing wherever there's unity. There's a blessing that gets poured out and so all of a sudden because I humble myself Do you know what the Lord gives grace to humility?
Do you know what he resists? Maybe some of our prayer means have been boring because he's resisting the prayer meeting because all of us are entering Intrapried and we're going well I'm gonna pray what I want to do on my island and I'm gonna do it my way and I'm not gonna listen to my brother's sister Because I got something to say and the Lord's like oh I give grace to the humble I give grace to the ones that will actually go low and listen to the Holy Spirit in the other person God's calling us to actually listen and trust that Holy Spirit is speaking through our brothers and sisters So then I don't need to be thinking about what am I gonna pray I'm listening to Annie and I'm going to yes Lord amen Let's go and then all the Sun Tory Tori she's getting sleepy and it's 10 o'clock and because Annie was praying a little bit long I agreed out loud in prayer and then Tory was like oh Yes, and she woke up right and she woke up because I opened up my mouth See that's what needs to happen. I know every single week. I see people sleeping.
We just need more agreement And I'm just playing I'm just playing I love you guys. I know we're tired We eat and then we just get tired, you know, and it gets hot. It's gonna get hotter get ready It's gonna get toasty in here. So just got to get ready where shorts leaves.
It's okay. All right I don't even know what I'm talking about. Okay so It in it encourages the person that's praying it Engages your own heart and then it engages everyone else and the goal is that we would fulfill John 17 Because in John 17 Jesus is praying and there's a couple things that just stick out to me in his prayer The first is he has this longing to be known and that's why we pray bullseye prayers That's why we pray prayers of like I just want to pray the Bible because I can go in I want to pray out your longing what you want and then he feels known and he feels loved when I do that And he's I like a minister into his heart and it's so good And then the other thing that ministers to his heart What did he pray for John 17 the famous thing that Jesus prays for is what unity? Oneness and so now in prayer meetings.
I'm actually ministering to him in two different ways I'm ministering him actually going what do you want? I want to fill up your longings I want to agree with what you desire and then at the same time I'm gonna be unified with my brothers and sisters and he's going oh I love it and he's going I'm here with the two or three of you and the Holy Spirit's like dancing the Holy Spirit is having a Praise break in our prayer meetings because he's like this is it This is like what I remember in the first century This is what I remember before all the revivals of history This is it and he's getting excited. He's like oh, this is there's something happening and so What I want to do is is just call us to build together in the place of prayer So this is the strategy to build you listen to your brother's sister as they pray and then you agree with them As they pray and you don't have to agree with if you're like I don't agree with it You don't have to I'm not just like don't get religious on it Okay, like if it doesn't resonate you don't have to get religious and be like yes, I do that and you're like I don't want that I don't think that that's biblical like Be real okay So you're gonna listen you're gonna agree in prayer and then you build on top of what they just prayed So what happens is you start listening and agreeing and as they're praying all of a sudden There's things that start popping in your head things that start sticking out to you where you're going Yes, and this and you start building on top of the person that prayed before you and it it's like a symphony Do you know that word agree in verse 19 look down at it again that word agree if two of you agree that word in Coine Greek for agree is actually the word symphony. It's the same word for symphony and so what's this what's Jesus saying?
What's the picture? How many of you know if every single instrument this afternoon is we're in worship decided? I'm just gonna do my thing I'm gonna have to pick my own key. I have a favorite key and I'm gonna do a solo on my instrument and we're just gonna go for it.
How many of you know that would be unpleasant? Yeah, that not be fun. Think about it. Multiply that to like a whole orchestra.
That'd be rough. Okay Man, I just think about first Corinthians 13 we can do all of these religious things but without love It's just like a clanging gong symbol. It's just noise What if we loved each other in the place of prayer? What if we approach the place of prayer with humility and we said you know what I'm listening to you And we're gonna play in the same key tonight And we're gonna build off of each other and there's this beauty How many of you have ever heard a symphony and it starts with just one instrument?
It's just so beautiful and then it just starts to build and it has this like a movement to it, right? That's what prayer feels like when you're in when you're in the unity in the spirit in a prayer meeting It kind of it's like a symphony and it's so beautiful and it's fun and it's enjoyable so you build together This is what I'll do oftentimes. Let's say Alex is praying and He's praying for something and I'll be a green out loud to yes Lord Yeah, come on and and and then he finishes praying and there's something that stuck out to me And I was gonna build on top of him What I'll do is I'll actually say the words yes Lord I agree with what Alex prayed and I pray this do you know what happens Alex all of a sudden? He's like whoa he felt honored because he's going dang He was listening to what I was praying and he agreed with what I prayed and then his heart engages with what I'm praying He's going oh I want to hear what he got as I was praying and so then he steps into agreement as well and all of a sudden we're together and we're arm and arm and And Jesus and Holy Spirit is like on the other arm and we're just like in a circle and we're like talking and we're having fun Okay, and so that's just like a practical a practical tip that I use so do we have any Growth kids leaders in the house come on all right Why don't some of you guys just come up here we're gonna just we can all stand look we can all stand we're gonna pray together really quick We're gonna do an exercise.
We're gonna have a little prayer meeting So I need like four or five up here Okay, well or ten twenty that's good all right so so what we're gonna do is I want to pray for four through six graders in our community and what we're gonna do is Jason's gonna start and And we're just gonna pause and we're just gonna like ask Holy Spirit. What's on his heart like we do We don't just jump in and just like take a stab at it We're actually actually gonna ask Holy Spirit like what's on your heart and We're all gonna agree. It doesn't have to be this lineup. So we can like be we're like circular.
Okay, so it's not like a yeah Yeah, yeah, yeah, there you go. Yes. Yes, it's a prayer meeting in the living room And what what's gonna happen is Jason's gonna pray then I'm gonna pray after him then somebody else can pray and I'm gonna pray after them Okay, so after Jason you're done praying you can just put the mic on on this and whoever wants to pray after Jason can pick up The mic and we'll probably just do two people But I want us to listen to how I'm praying and then let's practice whoever plays second practice and listen to what I'm praying and then build Can we do that I pick all the growth kids team because they're the intercessors of our church community They're the they're the ones that actually are living this out and like and I know there's so many intercessors in the house But I'm like these are the people that I want to model this. Okay, so yeah, Holy Spirit We just welcome you to just reveal your heart.
What's on your heart for these four through six graders? What's the dream of your heart? What do you already doing? We want to agree with that.
Thank you Lord And we can just you know as we're praying we're practicing praying in agreement Just as a whole as a whole community. Thank you. Yeah as we're just asking Holy Spirit questions And it's like I heard him clearly highlight one of the kids in our four through six who's back there right now His name is Liam and what is happening in Liam's life is that he gave his life to Jesus less than two months ago Is that one of his friends invited him to come to church both of his parents do not know Jesus and he just came and he encountered the Lord And he his heart said yes And he's been coming every week since just establish some context and it's just like I hear the Lord sing so clearly He's experiencing intimacy with me like in his bedroom at night when no one is around he is experiencing intimacy with me So the Holy Spirit we agree with what you are doing in Liam's hearts that he is going to know you on a deeper level Well, he is alone while there's no one watching in his bedroom, and it's not that he would be changed It's not that he would be better. It's that he would know you father It's that he would know at your heart and your heart for him And we know that's going to lead into him just being an evangelist in his middle school And it's good people are going to look at him and be like he has something he has something like I just declared that he will have the face of Stephen and that people look at him and it's like he has the face of an angel like he has the face of someone who knows God And it starts with the intimacy with you Jesus So we declare that you would be his bridegroom we declare that he will know you from the age of 13 On for the rest of his life Jesus.
We agree with what you are doing in his life, Lord. Yeah, Lord. We thank you I agree Lord. I just thank you for raising up Children within all of these schools that these fourth and sixth graders are in in our community that there just be an intimacy movement That it would be godly intimacy as we're in this this another almost like a sexual revolution in the world's eyes Lord I thank you for an intimacy revolution for fourth graders and sixth graders in the name of Jesus that they're just be behind closed doors We're not on our phones.
We're in our Bibles connecting with Holy Spirit And so Lord I just declare a movement of intimacy among four through six graders in our city and in our community in the name of Jesus Thank you Lord. Thank you Lord. Do it. Yes.
Thank you Lord Wow God You do not want to stop with just intimacy. You want to show them how everything else that the culture is teaching them is not necessarily your way But this would be followed by other movements other movements of like wow like our culture doesn't think of sex the way God thinks of sex Our culture doesn't think of like friendship the way God thinks of friendship or rest or obedience or responsibility And it would begin to like topple these ideas that have been built up by our culture And then by the time they're in high school they would just know you so well And maybe there would be these these like clicks and groups of middle schoolers that become high schoolers That would just be like laughing about how their high school is so wrong. You're like wow You don't even understand rest like come here Let me explain let me lovingly like tell you what I've learned because of these things that have happened in middle school Yeah, thank you Lord. Yeah, Lord.
I just agree and I thank you for Even I think you said something like there'd be clicks and Lord I just even flipped that and I thank you for unity And that there would always be seats at the tables of these four through six graders Lord I just thank you that cafeterias The cafeterias are gonna be places of encounter where there's there's always seats at the table for those that love Jesus There's always room at their tables there that they're always the one that are reaching out to the ones that are pushed onto the fringes That they're the ones that are actually the hands and feet of Jesus Lord. Thank you. We all we pray these things in Jesus name Amen, amen. Amen.
Thank you guys so much. Thank you guys. Thank you for for joining us in that it's awesome I think that that when we pray I want to call us to be in a people that that really connect with him intimately and then from that intimacy then we pray and And so I hope did that make sense I wanted you primarily to watch me as I was modeling what was happening. So it's like great prayers good prayers That's awesome.
We're getting free from being praying good prayers, right? But I wanted you to be listening to see how I was hearing something So it's like Jason prayed and he prayed for that young man to have intimacy and was like believing that already that's happening that already He's meeting Jesus when no one is watching and I heard that and I went I want that to get multiplied Yes, Lord And would you multiply it everywhere into an intimacy movement? And so then I went into like whoa I want this to actually be the resurgence that it's not a political thing that we're not like trying to do it through all these other mediums But it's actually through kids that just experience it themselves and they're going oh we're going for it Like I know him and it's the everyday middle schoolers that are gonna change the world, right? It's the everyday ones that are gonna change history and so I'm gonna commission us out all of you intercessors.
I'm gonna commission you out So let's all stand You're all everyday believers and God is calling us to be a humble people and I just want to specifically I know we already prayed for the women I want to specifically pray for women as I commission us out and I just want to pray for Persistence on the women of this community and so father I just send out These men and women specifically as brothers and as fathers and as men We thank you for the women in our community that are called as Azers that are called as those warrior-like women those those women that carry this persistence and this desire in this longing and this fight on the inside of them and I just Declare that you're raising up mothers that will be known by by one thing that they're the praying moms that you would raise up within this community praying mamas and That that it would just multiply into the next generation of young ladies that there would be a Movement of praying women and Lord We just we lean on to the history of all the praying moms of this house all the praying moms in our storylines And we just say do it again do it again and do it through the women in this community And so Lord we just call them forth these persistent widows in the spirit We just declare that they will have what they desire like Luke 18 says that they will not be denied and Lord We thank you for signs and wonders miracles Salvation's prodigal is just waking up all of that just following in the wake of these praying women in Jesus name amen amen amen
