Joining in on the conversation is amateur boxer and coach, Henry Pham.Meego's bio:Meego has been training in martial arts since he was little.  He started TaeKwonDo in 1985 and in 1994 he received his 3rd Degree Black Belt from the World TKD Federation, Seoul-Korea. By that time Meego had won over 30 gold medals, 13 Silver and 12 Bronze both nationally and internationally. Meego also studied the art of Shaolin Kung Fu and he carries a black belt in Hapkido and a black belt in Kyokushinkai Karate.In 1994 – 2004 Meego stated training Muay Thai at ChiangMai Muay Thai gym in Thailand.
