Welcome to this episode of ENROUTE I’m Joseph Brigandi.  Today we have been given the opportunity to visit with one of the fire services many vocal advocates for change, better safety practices, and quality leadership programs.   He’s a consultant to many first responder agencies. He’s also a published author and a fire service instructor.
