Quite possibly one of the most important albums in extreme metal, Entombed's Left Hand Path captured the ferocity, darkness and explosive energy of Swedish death metal more concise than most of their peers. Nihilist, the precursor to Entombed, was a testing ground for 90% of Left Hand Path's material, and this moniker was whom was signed to Earache initially.
