La concejalía de Cultura del Ayuntamiento de Valleseco, que coordina el propio alcalde, Dámaso Arencibia Lantigua, ha planificado para el presente año, la Escuela de Teatro Musical, contando con un amplio abanico de contenidos, canto, coro, baile, interpretación teatral, claqué, esgrima teatral, maquillaje, vestuario o talleres de escenas de musical. En la puesta en marcha de la Escuela de Teatro se espera aprovechar la alta motivación de la actividad extraescolar que tiene el municipio en la actualidad, donde se contará con profesorado especializado a través de Artífex Producciones Artísticas. Las clases están impartidas por especialistas de interpretación, movimiento, dramaturgia, tratamiento de la voz y son totalmente participativas, contando para ello con, Guacimara Corres, Jesús Caramés y Joyce Kazoun. Esta actividad organizada está orientada a niños y niñas, jóvenes y adultos que quieran experimentar con las artes escénicas y el musical, una alternativa de ocio y tiempo de libre que les permitirá ser los protagonistas encima del escenario a partir del próximo 4 de febrero. Las clases se impartirán los lunes y miércoles de 15.00 a 19.00 horas. El precio es de 10 euros para el alumnado de la Escuela de Música y de 20 euros para el resto.
