Hola apasionados del taekwondo, en este episodio de nuestro podcast hablaremos sobre entrenamiento de fuerza ¡con nuestro propio peso! Es un entrenamiento que ha renacido en los últimos tiempos y esperemos que lo haga para quedarse.Seguramente si has visto un libro sobre entrenamiento deportivo y periodización te has topado con que la mayoría de ellos al hablar del entrenamiento de fuerza hablan de aparatos y máquinas.Lamentablemente en muchas escuelas de taekwondo no tenemos acceso a estos equipos, o no tenemos espacio, o dinero. Sin embargo, te tengo buenas noticias. Puedes hacer un excelente entrenamiento de fuerza sin necesidad de aparatos de gran parafernalia. Lo importante está en el principio de la SOBRECARGA PROGRESIVA¿Cómo funciona en los gimnasios? Pues añadiendo peso a las máquinas. Si un lunes levantas cierto número de kilos, al otro lunes deberás de cargar un número mayor.Sólo así el organismo se prepara para cargas mayores. El error que en ocasiones ocurre a entrenar con peso corporal es que la única forma que concebimos de aumentar la carga es incrementando las repeticiones. Sin embargo hay una forma en la que podemos aumentar el peso que cargamos y es modificando el ejercicio.No es lo mismo hacer flexiones o lagartijas con las manos separadas el ancho de hombros que con las manos juntas. No es lo mismo hacer una sentadilla sencilla que una sentadilla de una pierna de las llamadas pistolas.Modificar un ejercicio es una manera en que puedes crear SOBRECARGA PROGRESIVA con cero equipo necesario.Además de que el entrenamiento con peso corporal te reportará más beneficios “integrales” por ejemplo hacer una sentadilla profunda también requiere de movilidad de la cadera y del tobillo.Te comparto un método interesante de entrenar fuerza con peso corporal.www.startbodyweight.com
