Entrepreneur at 55. Ex-Technology Exec starts Upscale Oil & Vinegar shops!

Jim Milligan retired at 55 from a 30 year career in technology. He realized very quickly he wanted to do something different, something exciting. Jim thought back to enjoyable times he spent in Italy and their unique oil and vinegar shops. So he brought the oil & vinegar concept back to his resort town of Traverse City and is having the time of his life!
