His goal is to help people understand the diversity of food, pastries and people that are in his hometown. After years working for diverse restaurants and hotels he decided to quit his job as a chef and to provide culinary services including reviews, food blogging, classes, recipes and catering to the world and help reconnect people with the richness of the culinary field and the many types foods from all cultures.
