Environmental concerns put a hold on 33 tunnel progress

A State Supreme Court Judge has put a hold on the state's efforts to put a cap on a portion of the 33, siding with an opposition group that is questioning the state's methods in an environmental review of the project. Attorney Alan Bozer represents those opponents and tells us where the case stands.
