Environmentalism in the Bible

In today's world, we see a big push to take care of our environment, especially with climate change on the rise. As a result of this many environmental laws has gone into effect in order to protect our environment as well as help protect certain species of wildlife. But what does the Bible say about this? Is the Bible in favor of protecting our environment?
