Enviz - Michael Shaw

My guest in this episode is Michael Shaw, CEO of what at the time of the interview was a proptech called EnvisionVR, but they have, in the pursuant months, changed their name to Enviz. Enviz creates immersive experiences for new - as yet unbuilt - property through floorplans and property models. Enviz supports architects and CGI studios to upload 3D designs allowing buyers to experience fully the new home they will be purchasing via their mobile phone, tablet or computer - you don’t need a full VR headset. And the design community don’t need expensive software.  And as you’ll hear in this episode, this results in more confident buyers, faster sales and even higher prices.
