Enzo Fernandez Stays at Chelsea | Chelsea F.C. News

Chelsea’s stance on Enzo Fernandez is crystal clear: he’s staying. Despite persistent rumors linking him to Manchester City and earlier whispers of a Real Madrid move, the Blues have made it unmistakably known that no serious bids came in before the August 14 deadline — and now, with manager Xabi Alonso publicly affirming Fernandez’s place in the squad, all signs point to a long-term future at Stamford Bridge. Even as fans show divided reactions, Chelsea’s actions — including handing him the captain’s armband — signal full commitment. With City still eyeing him for their midfield rebuild, the real story isn’t just about interest — it’s about price, timing, and loyalty.
