I begin by outlining my thoughts on feedback, challenge & creating a sense of certainty around boundaries. You can try my approach to understanding more about your impact & how focussing on strengths also illuminates weakness & helps you to identify areas for development. Now a safeguarding adviser & trainer, Donna is involved in serious case reviews in both children's and adults' safeguarding, domestic homicide and is a SILP Reviewer and Mentor.
