EP: 01 - 75 Hard

In this episode, I talk about why I committed to 75 Hard to prepare for spinal fusion surgery. In March of this year, I broke the fusion holding my back together in HALF. I couldn't get scheduled for surgery until August. 77 days before surgery was scheduled, I committed to 75 Hard to MENTALLY prepare for surgery.
