My first episode of your favorite is here at last. I'm thinking of this podcast as a love letter to me prior to coaching, I'm thinking of it as a love letter to future me, and to my boys. I'm also intending it to be a love letter to my past clients, my current clients, and to all of you, hopefully my future clients.I'm going to give you an overview of the things that have changed for me due to the work I've done with my beautiful brain over the past 4 years, and in subsequent episodes I will go into detail for each of the points that I'll be sharing in this premier episode.
