It's supposed to feel like a dinner party at a friend’s housecomplete with tons of natural wine and a concise menu ofeccentric combinations.The menu is only 6-7 items and is evolving constantly with thechanging availability of local produce. It is offered à la carte butdesigned to be ordered and experienced as a makeshift prix fixe.Chef Miles Tompson started Baby Bistro as a pop up in 2023 and finally found aunique space to showcase his culinary talent and creativity.
