In this weeks episode, Logan and Matt explore one of the most taboo topics in the political realm of discussion: The Federal Reserve, otherwise known as the Fed. They set up the episode by exploring the absurdity of the newest COVID stimulus bill and talk about the effects of inflation. There's a quick history lesson in there about examples of hyperinflation past and present, along with a summary of how the Fed even comes to exist and the severing of the US dollar from the gold standard. In the last portion, they uncover the Fed, and explore how the Fed allows for the economic danger we are in, and perpetuates Logan and Matt's least favorite thing on the planet - American Foreign Policy and blowing up brown children overseas.
