If you live in the Lake Erie watershed, you have no doubt heard about H2Ohio. On this episode of Kernels, you will meet Clark Hutson, a Program Coordinator for the Western Lake Erie Basin with the Ohio Department of Natural Resources. He gives the rundown on the history of water quality issues in Ohio, what has been done to improve water quality, and why he is working on now. As a special treat for this episode you will meet the Ohio Small Grains Marketing Program Board of Directors, including two new board members who will begin their terms in September. Marlene Eick is the Director of Marketing and Communication at Ohio Corn & Wheat, and Luke Crumley is the Director of Public Policy and Sustainability.
