A lifelong interest in biology and anatomy led Joe to study with several yoga anatomy teachers, and eventually to a master’s degree in applied physiology from Columbia University. He is a Guild Certified Feldenkrais® Practitioner and a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist with the NSCA.
