EP. 029 - The Art of Not Giving a F#ck

Hey Dudes, In this sermon, I'm talking about the liberating art of Not Giving a F#ck, or Not Caring so Much, whatever preferred nomenclature you would like to use. Sometimes we care too much or expect too much and this seems to lead to disappointment. Now, the Dudeist motto is to "Take it Easy" so not giving a f#ck is really down our alley. I follow the steps of a Buddhist fellow who has developed a practice that is broken down into 8 steps... or was it 9?
