EP 03 - Mariah’s Twin Birth Story

Mariah is a mother of 5 and a half year old twins, who was able to have a vaginal birth at 38 weeks and 3 days. She is passionate about early childhood and the experiences that shape us as human beings. She worked as a nanny and preschool teacher for over eleven years before becoming a mother. Having twins really required her to slow down and surrender into motherhood. She's passionate about supporting mamas and their mental health through her work with WellMama, as well as supporting people in having choices in birth. She's excited for her path in life to continue unfolding.
